Marriott Courtyard Hotel Istanbul upgrades fire system

The new Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Istanbul has chosen to rely on just one major supplier for its fire alarm, PA/emergency evacuation and CCTV installations – Bosch Security Systems.

The 262-room hotel is located in a triangular area bordered by Istanbul International Airport. The new fire alarm system includes an addressable panel from the Bosch modular fire panel 5000 series and 1600 addressable points divided over 24 loops. This is connected to a Bosch Praesideo public address and emergency evacuation system.

The video surveillance system comprises 48 FlexiDome cameras connected to three Divar MR digital video recorder to monitor all important areas of the hotel whilst blending in perfectly with the hotel´s aesthetic design.
